Treasury Symposium is the premier educational forum for treasury professionals in higher education. The Treasury Institute for Higher Education leverages the expertise of its partners, faculty, and participants to create an environment for sharing best ideas and developing successful strategies. Treasury Symposium is focused on the challenges facing higher education's senior managers. The curriculum is designed to stimulate thought leadership and provide "best of breed" ideas. Over the two and one-half day Symposium, you will be a part of both large plenary sessions and breakout roundtable sessions facilitated by leading practitioners, academic leaders, and innovative experts. Our format provides the opportunity to share best practices and new ideas without the sales pressure typical of other conferences.
A reserved room block is available for Treasury Symposium registered attendees and supporter teams.
Information to make a reservation in the group block will be included in supporter materials and registration confirmation emails.
**As of 12/4/2023, the hotel is sold out for Tuesday night, January 30 and we are unable to add more room nights to our block. The other nights have some rooms available at our group rate.
The group rate is $219 plus applicable taxes and is available 3 nights before/after Symposium pending hotel availability.
Attendance is limited to representatives from colleges and universities and supporters of the Treasury Institute for Higher Education. If you are a representative from a commercial entity, you must be approved by the Treasury Institute to attend the event. Please contact us at [email protected].
The Institute will limit three registrations per institution during the open registration period to allow many different participating universities. When registration is closed there will be a waitlist option. Waitlist registrants will be notified 30 days prior to the start of the program so that travel arrangements can be made.
The registration fee includes: all Symposium sessions, workshops, meals, receptions, refreshment breaks, and all Symposium materials. Reception attendees must be 21 or over.
Waitlist registrants will be notified as soon as possible and at least 30 days prior to the start of the program so that travel arrangements can be made.
The Treasury Institute for Higher Education has adopted a green initiative for its conferences. Paper copies of conference materials will not be distributed. One week before the conference, participants will be provided access to the Guidebook event app to plan their Symposium schedule, access program materials, and view available slide decks. If your organization does not allow access to 3rd Party Apps, please provide an alternate email here.
If you anticipate needing additional accommodations or have questions about the physical access provided at the hotel, please contact us at [email protected].
Refunds will be made for cancellations until Wednesday, November 15, 2023. After that date, the registration fee can be transferred to a colleague for the 2024 Symposium. All change requests must be completed by Wednesday, January 24, 2024. To request changes to your registration please contact us at [email protected].
