Attendance is limited to representatives from colleges and universities and supporters of the Treasury Institute for Higher Education. If you are a representative from a commercial entity, you must be approved by the Treasury Institute to attend the event. Please contact us at [email protected]. 

The Institute will limit three registrations per institution during the open registration period to allow many different participating universities. When registration is closed there will be a waitlist option. Waitlist registrants will be notified 30 days prior to the start of the program so that travel arrangements can be made.

The registration fee is $995 for University Practitioners (AFP member discount rate is $895) and includes: all Symposium sessions, workshops, meals, receptions, refreshment breaks, and all Symposium materials. Reception attendees must be 21 or over.

The Treasury Institute for Higher Education has adopted a green initiative for its conferences. Paper copies of conference materials will not be distributed. One week before the conference, participants will be provided access to the Guidebook event app to plan their Symposium schedule, access program materials, and view available slide decks. If your organization does not allow access to 3rd Party Apps, please provide an alternate email here.

Refunds will be made for cancellations until Wednesday, November 13, 2024. After that date, the registration fee can be transferred to a colleague for the 2025 Symposium.
